Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Start a Return
All returns are managed through our Returns Portal.
To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address.
If your return is accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Items sent back without first requesting a return through the returns portal will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With all tags attached
- In its original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (e.g. underwear, socks, beauty products)
- Custom or personalised items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please get in touch before starting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via Shopify to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges and return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
